I love birthdays - especially mine! I decided to celebrate the beginning of my 28th year by once again starting up a blog. I have had a Xanga and a Blogspot before but due to the nature of my previous jobs, I thought it best to discontinue them...however, now that I have taken on a new role with a new job in a new continent, it might be fun to chronicle this year of new experiences with Stilettos and Flats - the journey of life is inevitably filled with ups and downs, we just need to make sure we have the right shoes for the trip!
